Terms and Conditions for Reeva Design:

1. Proofing:

   • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs and artwork before production.
   • Reeva Design will provide digital or physical proofs for customer approval.
   • Once the customer approves the proofs, any subsequent changes or errors will be the customer’s responsibility, and additional charges may apply.

2. Color Matching:

   • While Reeva Design strives for accurate color reproduction, exact color matching to customer-provided samples or previously printed materials cannot be guaranteed.
   • Color variations may occur due to differences in printing processes, substrates, and calibration of printing equipment.
   • Reeva Design will make reasonable efforts to match colors as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3. Payment:

   • Payment for all orders is required before the commencement of production, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Reeva Design.
   • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payment platforms, or other agreed-upon methods.
   • In cases where a deposit is required, a minimum deposit of 65% of the total order value is due before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or before delivery.

4. No Refunds:

   • Due to the custom nature of our printing services, Reeva Design generally does not offer refunds.
   • If there are issues with the final product that are deemed to be the fault of Reeva Design, we will work with the customer to rectify the situation and provide a suitable solution.

5. Lead Time:

   • The lead time for each printing project may vary depending on the complexity, quantity, and current workload.
   • Reeva Design aims to complete orders within a range of 2 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of full payment or deposit.
   • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. In such cases, Reeva Design will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide updated timelines.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • Reeva Design assumes that the customer has obtained the necessary permissions and rights for any copyrighted or trademarked materials provided for printing.
   • The customer retains all ownership rights to their artwork, designs, and intellectual property.
   • Reeva Design reserves the right to use images or photographs of completed projects for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   • Reeva Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the printed materials or services provided.
   • Reeva Design’s liability for any direct damages arising from its performance or non-performance shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific printing project.

By placing an order with Reeva Design, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Reeva Design reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the updated terms will apply to all future orders and transactions.
